The Agile Coach / Program Manager will lead Agile transformation efforts, guide enterprise-level Agile adoption, and manage strategic programs to align business and technology outcomes.
This role focuses on driving continuous improvement, value delivery, and organizational agility through coaching, collaboration, and effective program governance.
Responsibilities:
Provide Agile coaching across all levels-from delivery teams to senior leadership-to embed Agile principles and accelerate organizational transformation.
Facilitate Agile maturity assessments and develop tailored coaching roadmaps to improve performance and collaboration.
Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Release Train Engineers to strengthen Agile delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Design and deliver Agile workshops, training sessions, and Communities of Practice to sustain Agile adoption.
Use Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and flow efficiency to identify bottlenecks and optimize delivery.
Lead and coordinate complex IT programs to ensure alignment with strategic goals and technology initiatives.
Drive strategic planning by setting clear goals, timelines, and performance metrics while managing budgets effectively.
Champion Value Management by prioritizing initiatives based on business and customer value.
Implement Lean Portfolio Management practices to guide investment decisions and monitor value delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks through proactive management to ensure project resilience and stakeholder confidence.
Foster cross-functional collaboration and lead high-performing teams to deliver high-impact results.
Promote servant leadership, psychological safety, and innovation to empower teams.
Ensure strong project governance and compliance with internal requirements, maintaining accurate documentation.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure transparency, manage expectations, and align delivery with enterprise strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum of 8 years of job-related experience, including Agile coaching and project management.
Master's degree in a related discipline preferred.
Experience with PPM tools such as Planisware preferred.
Certifications such as PMP, SAFe Agilist, or SAFe Lean Portfolio Management are desirable.
