Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR business functions to address reported issues and recommend solutions
• Develop scalable solutions to improve processes and enhance user experience
• Assist in the development and maintenance of test scripts and configuration for new business processes
• Manage user roles and security aspects within the Workday system
• Participate in ongoing Workday projects and system updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Workday and HR business systems analysis
• Expertise in the Absence Management module, with experience configuring complex rules for multiple countries
• Working knowledge of Workday Business Processes and Security Configuration
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Pro Certification is a plus
• Experience with Workday Recruiting Workflow
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
