Job Title: REMOTE Call Center CSR CA Only
Location: El Segundo, CA
Pay Range: $21.00/hr
Shift: 11:30am to 8pm Eastern time shift; 8:00am to 5:30pm PST
What's the Job?
Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries promptly
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Assist with administrative tasks and data entry as needed
Support technical troubleshooting and customer service initiatives
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; training will be provided
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic administrative and data entry skills
Availability to work the specified shift hours
