Description:

Who We Are

KMS is a global technology services firm that helps businesses build what's next. Headquartered in Atlanta, with major innovation and delivery centers in Vietnam and Mexico, we are a strategic partner to ambitious companies, from high-growth software vendors to Fortune 500 enterprises.

Our core mission is to accelerate innovation. We provide a full-lifecycle suite of services, including high-end software engineering, data analytics, AI development, application modernization, and technology consulting. What truly sets us apart is our unique history as a "company builder". We don't just engineer products for others; we have a proven track record of incubating, launching, and scaling our own globally successful software companies, including SaaS leaders like Katalon and Kobiton.

KMS is in a dynamic phase of strategic growth. This role is a unique opportunity to partner directly with our CEO and executive team, bringing an operator's mindset to a firm that is trusted by the world's top companies.

The Opportunity

The Manager, Program Office is a strategic partner and operational driver reporting directly to the CEO. You will act as the connective tissue for the executive leadership team, ensuring that our strategic initiatives are tracked, managed, and executed with rigor and transparency. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and executive presence. You will be responsible for implementing a lightweight but effective Program Management Office (PMO) function, using modern digital tools to provide real-time visibility into all major workstreams, from key growth projects, to transformation initiatives, to post-merger integration tasks. This is a high-impact role with a clear runway for professional growth.

What You'll Do
  • Strategic Execution & Tracking: Design, implement, and manage a centralized system (e.g., using tools like Asana, Smartsheet, Click Up) to track the progress of all company-wide strategic initiatives and OKRs.
  • Executive & Board-Level Reporting: Prepare concise, data-driven updates, presentations, and dashboards for the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors, clearly communicating progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Leadership Cadence: Structure and facilitate key leadership meetings, including weekly business reviews, project deep dives, and executive offsites. You will be responsible for agenda setting, material preparation, and ensuring follow-through on action items.
  • Post-Merger Integration: Partner with functional leaders to track and support key integration workstreams between the legacy Accuhealth and Signal Lamp businesses, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Special Projects: Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects on behalf of the CEO, from initial analysis and planning through to execution and completion.

Requirements

What You Bring
  • 1-8 years of experience in a highly analytical and operationally intensive role, such as management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations (BizOps), or a similar role in a high-growth, PE-backed company.
  • Demonstrated experience in project or program management; you know how to take a complex problem, break it down into manageable parts, and drive it to completion.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a deep aptitude for leveraging technology and software to manage complex processes.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, executive-level summaries.
  • A proactive, "get-it-done" mindset, with a low ego and a natural ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organization.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in data engineering, SaaS, or related tech industries.
  • Experience working in a private equity, VC, entrepreneurial or mid-market transformational business environment.
  • Familiarity with post-merger integration (PMI) activities.
  • Remote based yet willing to travel periodically.
