Project Manager - Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB)

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) construction projects. Join a growing contractor known for delivering high-quality structures with a strong focus on safety, schedule, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage PEMB projects from award through closeout
  
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement
  
• Review plans, erection drawings, and manufacturer specifications
  
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, erectors, and suppliers (Butler, VP, Star, etc.)
  
• Lead project meetings, documentation, and change orders
  
• Ensure jobsite safety, quality, and adherence to schedule
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing PEMB or steel building projects
  
• Strong understanding of PEMB systems, sequencing, and site coordination
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  
• Proficient in MS Office; Bluebeam or construction software a plus
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
