Proposed Salary Range: $18.00 per hour

The Business Intern/Co-Op will assist with various business operations, including research, data analysis, administrative tasks, and project support, gaining valuable experience in a manufacturing environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Project Support:
- Assisting with various projects, as assigned by supervisors.
- Taking on tasks related to project management, such as tracking progress and deadlines.
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions.
- Research and Analysis:
- Conducting market research and gathering data.
- Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns.
- Supporting the development of business plans and strategies.
- Administrative Support:
- Answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling meetings.
- Maintaining records, filing documents, and organizing data.
- Preparing presentations, reports, and other materials.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Be 18 years of age or older.
- Be legally authorized to work in the USA without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future.
- Possess a valid Driver's License.
- Enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university at time of internship.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY: - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
