What You Will Do
- A team member at this level is expected to perform a variety of tasks related to forge/heat treat in a modern, manufacturing setting. This position requires a mechanical and technical aptitude and an ability to follow work instructions. Comply with all environmental, health, and safety requirements.
- Shift days/hours: This is full time, weekend night shift (Fri - Sun 6:30p-6:30a).
- Able to read and follow work instructions
- Measure and inspect forged parts to ensure conformance to product specifications
- Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
- Measure concentricity using indicators
- Able to read forge blueprints
- Build heat-treat load per work instruction
- Load/Unload furnace
- Calculate time in furnace
- Understand load diagrams and instructions
- Complete mandatory heat code paperwork
Qualifications You Must Have
- HS Diploma or GED
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- 3+ years of machine operation and/or manufacturing

- 4+ years of machine operation and/or manufacturing
