Overview

We are looking for a Postdoctoral Researcher Chemistry to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. You should hold expert-level chemistry knowledge. Related fields include chemistry and/or chemical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots complex chemistry questions and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Detail-oriented
• Solid knowledge of general, organic, and physical chemistry concepts
• A current, in progress, or completed PhD is required
