The Director Business Development position executes strategic plans to manage, develop and create opportunities with existing customers as well as identify and successfully onboard new customers within the assigned territory and assigned railroads. The position supports the evaluation, cultivation, and execution of new business opportunities and delivers insightful analyses to the Sr VP Sales, individual railroad General Managers and the EVP Marketing & Sales. The position will require regular reporting to senior leaders of activities, performance and progress related to both existing customers and potential customers. The Director Business Development demonstrates and adheres to the Company values of safety, honesty, ownership, respect, and teamwork to ensure successful partnership with customers and employees that result in OmniTRAX's continued success.
