The Opportunity
DoiT seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead our real‑time data and event capabilities within the Events team. This role will define and execute the strategic roadmap for real‑time data and event capabilities, empowering customers with the insights and speed needed to manage their cloud environments effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep contextual understanding of our business, clients, users, and their needs.
- Proactively identify important problems to attack—strategic, customer‑centric, and aligned with company goals.
- Build a coherent strategy and roadmap with measurable objectives, aligning stakeholders and teams.
- Define requirements that closely match customer needs, enabling phased, rapid, iterative delivery with superior customer experience.
- Drive, track, and document progress against plans, maintaining clear communication amid change.
- Collaborate with Executives and cross‑functional leadership to ensure alignment with the company vision and operational needs.
- Maintain competitive and market awareness, ensuring sustained differentiation.
- Verify readiness of features for release to clients (in production/pre‑production form).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product roles building capabilities for B2B SaaS products with technical users.
- Well‑informed on cloud and SaaS technologies with a strong understanding of key buyer personas such as DevOps Engineers, SREs, Data Engineers, FinOps Professionals, CIOs/CTOs, CFOs, IT Managers, etc.
- Experience building products that leverage real‑time data processing, data science concepts, and algorithms, ideally in cloud/SaaS environments.
- Ideally, experience applying AI/ML to data use cases, particularly anomaly detection and predictive analytics.
- Self‑motivated, independent, and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking, able to triage, prioritize, and lead cross‑functional teams under pressure.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with people in all traditional SDLC roles/teams, leading when necessary.
- Strong technical skills enabling productive engagement with engineering teams.
- Understanding of how to set expectations combining a roadmap of technical and business objectives.
- Adaptability to fast‑changing SaaS markets, able to pivot and learn quickly.
- Comfort making difficult decisions with uncertainty and imperfect data while gaining stakeholder buy‑in.
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
