Responsibilities

• Work on financial and accounting projects for Fortune 1000 companies and other large organizations.
• Assist with IPO readiness, mergers & acquisitions, carve-outs, and related initiatives.
• Contribute as part of Accounting and Finance teams across varied assignments and industries.
• Collaborate with client teams to deliver value-added service and meet client expectations.

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, or progress towards, preferred.
• Required: 3 years of relevant technical/strategic accounting experience.
• Required: 2 busy seasons in external audit with a Big 4 or large CPA Firm.
• Strongly Preferred: 1 busy season as a “Senior” in external audit with a Big 4 or large CPA Firm.
• Corporate accounting and/or finance experience at a large public corporation is a plus but not required.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including proficiency in U.S. GAAP and FASB standards.
• Strong computer desktop skills; advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros, pivot tables) desirable.
• Demonstrated career progression and job stability.

Job Requirements

Experience with large public companies or a mix of Big 4 and private industry.
