What you'll do

The General Manager is responsible for executing the store plan to achieve established standards, sales, local marketing programs, and profits. This is primarily achieved through staffing, personnel training, operating, and maintaining the store to maximize customer satisfaction.

• Wendy's operating systems and procedures.

Education

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.

Experience

• 1-2 years management/operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.

Other Physical Requirements

• Standing for long periods without a break.
• Ability to meet the requirements of all subordinate positions.
• Valid driver's license.
• Travel to multiple stores as needed.
• Physical inspections of all restaurant areas.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Moving and inspecting supplies.
• Working in hot and cold environments (restaurant, cooler, freezer).
