Maintain and update warehouse staffing models in collaboration with local leadership. Assist in building operational plans aligned with volume, labor, and business priorities. Partner closely with DC Operations leaders to drive execution and accountability. Facilitate KPI reviews and operational cadence meetings, ensuring alignment to performance goals. Provide actionable insights through data analysis to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Conduct root cause and loss analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Support the development of volume projections to guide labor and throughput planning. Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to drive performance visibility.
