Perform repair work on central utility systems: steam and condensate, compressed air, various cooling water systems, chillers and chilled water, cooling towers and associated infrastructure, and electrical distribution infrastructure. Work with preventive maintenance program and schedules. Perform work on hydraulics, pneumatics and fluid systems. Perform work/troubleshooting on electrical equipment such as substations, breakers, MC - Cs, VF - Ds, motors, transformers, and bus laterals in an industrial setting. Perform Continuous Improvement initiatives. Interface with stock room to maintain a sufficient supply of spare parts. Perform check and layout work on parts using inspection tools. Service and repair equipment using proper methods, tools and specifications. Maintain logs and records as requested to communicate findings and prepare requests for approval.
