Compass Point is looking for a Systems Analyst to support USSOCOM at Fort Benning, GA. The role is part of an IT Service Management process for mission?critical applications across several networks. Candidates must have an active DoD Secret clearance, DoDM 8570 IAT Level II certification, and experience with SIE/USSOCOM enterprise IT, ITIL, and related domains. Responsibilities

• Apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
• Plan and lead major technology assignments.
• Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short?term project growth.
• Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
• Supervise others and interface with end?users to provide hardware, software, network, and application problem resolution.
• Work rotating shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Specific Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve computer problems to assure technology meets program needs.
• Implement system studies to assist the program and maximize benefit from investments.
• Prepare workflow charts and diagrams to detail operations performed by equipment and computer programs.
• Perform work under direct supervision.
• Handle basic issues and refer more complex issues to higher?level staff.

Functions to Perform

• Research, diagnose, document, and resolve technical issues surrounding Windows 10/8/7, MS Office, email, other applications, Internet connections, and hardware/peripheral equipment.
• Determine which team can best resolve the problem and assign the task to the appropriate support teams.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot server, network, system, and application issues.
• Technical experience in the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of associated operating systems.
• Experience with Dameware, RDP, and Terminal Services.

Qualifications

• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
• Maintain DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification via continuing education or re?certification.
• Current Top?Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelors degree in a STEM field (experience may substitute).
• 3?5 years of relevant experience.
