Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers, manage incoming phone calls, and assist with inquiries, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Vehicle Check-in: Welcome customers, check in vehicles for collision services, and collect necessary information efficiently.
• Documentation: Capture detailed photos of vehicles upon arrival to maintain accurate collision repair records.
• Status Updates: Communicate timely updates to customers regarding their vehicle repairs, addressing any questions or concerns thoroughly.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Email, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation.

• Exceptional customer service skills.
