Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on workforce and organizational issues, aligning HR initiatives with the healthcare organization's objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for recruiting, onboarding, developing, and retaining a skilled healthcare workforce to meet current and future needs.
  • Oversee the development and administration of competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefits programs for all employees.
  • Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare-specific regulations, including HIPAA and Joint Commission standards.
  • Lead initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing organizational culture that supports the organization's mission and enhances employee engagement.
  • Direct change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new technologies, processes, or organizational structures within the healthcare setting.
  • Oversee a comprehensive internal communications strategy to effectively inform and engage employees on key initiatives and changes.
  • Utilize workforce data and analytics to make informed decisions on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee retention.
  • Provide guidance and oversee programs for leadership development and career pathing for the healthcare workforce.
  • Oversee the complex processes for provider and support staff credentialing and privileging.
  • Possess deep knowledge of healthcare-specific employment regulations and standards, such as those from the Joint Commission.
  • Manage employee-related administrative functions, including worker's compensation claims and OSHA reporting, as well as family and medical leave requests.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of business principles and the ability to translate them into effective HR strategies.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute long-term HR strategies.
  • Experience with human resources information systems (HRIS) and data analytics for decision-making.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Extensive experience in human resources, with a significant portion in the healthcare industry.
  • A high degree of professionalism and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Education

  • Bachelor of Science required
  • HR Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM, plus

Compensation

  • Bonus up to 50%
