Next 150 Construction is seeking an Assistant Construction Superintendent. The Assistant Construction Superintendent performs basic labor and/or carpentry duties in the field, while also assisting the on-site Superintendent. This role is intended to prepare the employee for a transition into a Superintendent role within Gilbane. Responsibilities Perform general on-site labor and/or carpentry duties as needed, which may include:Setup and clean up tasks, including removal of debris. Direct traffic within construction site when necessary to ensure safety of work crew. Assist with the loading and delivery of materials. Operate a variety of hand and power tools. Install items related to job site safety and functionality. Assist on-site Superintendent with coordination of trade contractors. Assist with monitoring work to maintain compliance for the work plan.
