Include:Perform daily walk arounds to prior to testing. Receive-in and inspect testing specimens for accuracy. Sort priorities as needed. Operate multiple machines for Specimen testing. Comply with all training required, including Quality procedures as well as MCL Manuals and Standard Work. Log testing data in UGAMaintain required log books. Lab Inspection:Ensure incoming specimens meet J section specifications. Visually inspect specimens and with the usage of gages. Ensure specimens are prioritized correctly. Ensure receiver number, shop dimensions, and alloy data matches the envelope. Grainsize:Perform internal and external grainsize operations on parts. Follow blueprints, Work Instructions and GBMOP to mark locations accurately. Utilize different chemicals for the etching process. Prepare specimens by operating different equipment and polishing methods. Use Solumina and UGA for data recording. Perform grainsize readings on the microscope.
