The Quality Assurance Analyst reports directly to the Quality Assurance Supervisor and is responsible for the analysis, troubleshooting and follow up on Quality Checks performed for the Data Quality Assurance Program (QDAP), including Policies and Procedures, with the focus being the Site Visit Program. Responsibilities Reports directly to the Quality Supervisor. Work with the Quality Supervisor to help oversee the daily operations of the Quality Data Assurance Program (QDAP)/ Site Visit Program. Perform Site Visits to ensure oversight of merchants in 50 States and 2 US territories. Serve as the primary back up to the supervisor. Conduct periodic testing of Operating Procedures. Perform daily administrative tasks associated with Quality Assurance testing. Work with Quality Supervisor to develop and present reports, including key metrics, as directed to support projects, programs, and State regulatory examinations as needed.
