Retail Associate Processor

The Phenix City retail store, located on 3605 US Highway 431 North, is currently looking for a hard-working and dedicated Retail Associate Processor. The Retail Associate Processor responsibilities include: processing and sorting donated goods in a rapid but accurate manner, stocking the store shelves in a neat and orderly manner, rotating merchandise on a color-coded system, identifying quality donation, ensuring donations are priced, processed, and transported to the sales floor in a timely manner, achieving production goals and outcomes based on quality and quantity of donations, and working other areas of the store as requested by the leadership team. You will be hired as a Retail Associate Processor, however, you will be cross-trained and expected to learn and work all areas of the retail operation. A part time position averages 32-40 hours per week. Hours will fluctuate based on business needs (i.e., seasonal changes, donation volumes, etc.) Operating days will fluctuate based on the store location. The Retail Associate Processor must be available to work any shifts Monday through Sunday.

Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), required. Basic math skills. Prior experience working in a retail or customer service-related environment, required. 1 year of cash handling experience, preferred. Warehouse experience, preferred.
