Join Rapid Fire Home Buyers as an Investment Sales Specialist, earning $100,000-$120,000. Were looking for an Investment Sales Specialist to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with investors across the country, and helping them to best reach their investing goals.
Responsibilities
- Build and foster relationships while providing 1:1 concierge services with investors, potential investors, and the investment community to facilitate future business.
- Continually analyze investor inquiries to develop efficient processes to resolve and eradicate investor concerns in a timely manner.
- Take the initiative in generating new leads and relationships through outbound calling and networking activities.
- Stay updated and informed on the local real estate market to be aware of current local real estate trends
- Provide daily reporting of sales activities to management
- Maintain and exceed company-designated KPIs
- Collaborate daily with a fast-paced team
- Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
- Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
- Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
- Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
Qualifications

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in B2C sales or Real Estate preferred.
- Highly motivated to reach set targets and goals.
- Background and track record of success in selling is preferred
- A clean background check required
- Drivers License Required
- College experience preferred, but not required
- Must be extremely proficient in selling over the phone and in-person
- A Real Estate License is required
- Valid U.S. drivers license with the ability to travel by car
- Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
- High school diploma required, bachelors degree preferred
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
