Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Supervisor with a strong background in manufacturing and production operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards are met, and drive efficiency across all production lines. This role requires hands-on leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of managing production teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to meet production schedules and targets.
• Monitor workflow, processes, and staff performance to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production team members, promoting a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, increase productivity, and optimize resources.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, including metrics on efficiency, downtime, and output.
• Lead daily/weekly production meetings to align team goals and communicate performance updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to long-term production planning.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2am

$50,000 - $65,000 a year
