Job Description

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, often as a project leader within each team.
• Work on enterprise-wide complex projects involving systems analysis, design, development, integration, and maintenance, including production support.
• Define and develop project scope for multiple projects, serving as the main point of contact when necessary.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to application development teams.
• Participate in project planning sessions with clients and team members to analyze requirements and recommend design solutions.
• Test and implement cross-functional systems to meet client and business needs.
• Maintain mainframe and/or client/server applications, handling unresolved production issues.
• Design and develop application and integration solutions, including major enhancements and interfaces.
• Make modifications to existing software applications following standards and review efforts for compliance.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in programming, systems, or computer science preferred, with at least six years of programming or systems analysis experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Microsoft MCSD certification is preferred for distributed developers.
• Experience with multiple programming languages, systems, data design, and project management methodologies is required.
