Heat Treat Specialist

Kelly Services is seeking a qualified 3rd shift, Heat Treat Specialist to work at Pratt and Whitney in Midland, Georgia. 1 year of Machine Operator, Manufacturing & Heat Treat experience required to apply. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.00 per hour, Weekly Pay! Shift: 3rd shift - Monday thru Thursday - 10:00pm-8:30am, 3 day weekend!

Essential Functions:

  • Build heat-treat loads for the operator
  • Break down loads for the operator
  • Read and follow standard work and verbal instructions
  • Locate support rings and iron crosses in the cell to run parts
  • Engage in cross-functional communication with other teams to complete department tasks
  • Maintain the cell area and keep it and the surrounding work area clean and organized
  • Comply with all environmental, health, and safety requirements
  • Perform unrelated duties as may be necessary to support the needs of the facility

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Mechanical and Technical Aptitude
  • Ability to work with written and verbal instructions
  • Machine Operation and Manufacturing experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • US Citizen
  • Reliable Transportation
