Plans and coordinates the schedule of preventive maintenance, repair calls, and projects for equipment, machinery, or buildings. Maintain our SAP system to ensure all machine and facility P - Ms are updated and completed on time. Reviews manufacturers service manuals, facility usage schedules plus records of maintenance problems to define optimum frequency of preventive maintenance. Direct and coordinate activities of maintenance work orders. Maintaining maintenance and equipment records and generating reports such as open work orders, past due work orders, completed work orders, equipment historical cost analysis, etc. Maintain Compliance Inventories for facilities responsibilities. Coordinates with purchasing and vendors to ensure parts availability. Develops daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance schedules. The planner / schedule is responsible for maintaining the facilities crib. Helps to identify critical spare parts outages.
