Job Details

The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of semi-skilled and skilled structural, plumbing, and electrical building maintenance work at Agency properties. Work involves the repair and replacement of items such as windows, doors, gutters, cabinets, walls, ceilings, toilets, faucets, water lines, electrical outlets, and light fixtures. The incumbent performs preventive maintenance tasks and periodically serves as a worker-on-call for emergencies during periods in which no one is scheduled to work, such as nights, weekends, and holidays.

All activities must support the Phenix City Housing Authority ("PCHA" or "Agency") mission, strategic goals, and objectives.
