Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-level support and service activities for assigned clients, ensuring quality service and operational performance
• Act as the single point of contact for clients, coordinating resolution of service incidents and escalating technical issues as necessary
• Maintain long-term client relationships by identifying service needs and planning proactive support mechanisms
• Support client business reviews and align client needs with internal solutions
• Manage sales support resources and track performance to achieve revenue and strategic growth targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in client-facing roles or the financial industry
• Strong understanding of client business and product installations
• Experience in managing client relationships and resolving service incidents
• Ability to analyze and monitor client processing environments for operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with TSYS
• Proven track record in client growth and successful closure of sales opportunities
• Familiarity with industry trends and competitive products
