Remote Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and empathetic Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues
• Guide users through product features and troubleshoot problems
• Document interactions and escalate complex cases when needed
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve support processes
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer support or a related role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Comfortable using support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Stable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
• Flexibility to work across different time zones or during weekends if required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting SaaS, eCommerce, or tech products
• Familiarity with CRM and help desk software
• Multilingual or bilingual communication skills
