The WIOA Project Manager with Finance Emphasis is responsible for overseeing Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) projects with a primary focus on fiscal compliance, budget management, and financial reporting. This position ensures that all programs and projects align with federal, state, and local financial regulations while meeting performance and fiscal accountability standards. The Project Manager serves as a bridge between program operations and finance, ensuring effective resource allocation, accurate documentation, and timely reporting. Financial Management & Compliance. Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets in alignment with WIOA regulations and organizational guidelines.
