Description

The Senior Claims Manager - Employment Practice Liability ("EPL") is responsible for managing and mitigating risks associated with employment practices within the organization. This role involves handling EPL claims, including investigation and resolution up to and including trial. The role also includes providing insights to business partners, including HR, regarding avoidance and mitigation of EPL.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, HR, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10 or more years of experience in employment law, risk management, or insurance related to employment practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• J.D.

Candidates residing in Alaska, Washington, Montana, Oregon, California, Texas, or New Mexico are encouraged to apply. Salary ranges vary by location, e.g., Anchorage: $52.19 - $82.39; California: $54.40 - $96.35; etc.
