The Team:

What you'll do:

  1. Qualify new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound lead follow-up for enterprise clients with 5,000-10,000 seats.
  2. Educate customers on Aisera's value in a consultative manner.
  3. Manage multiple customers at various stages of the buying cycle.
  4. Prospect cold leads to generate interest and expand your sales funnel.
  5. Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and build relationships.
  6. Demonstrate our innovative AI Service Management solution and align its value with customer pain points.
  7. Achieve and exceed a $1M sales quota.
  8. Maintain and grow your list of prospects.

What Youll Need:

  • Proven success closing deals of $150k+ with a consistent track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets.
  • A competitive team player eager to contribute to team success.
  • An avid learner of technology who can quickly grasp new concepts and apply them to business situations.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • 3-10 years of experience in enterprise account management and sales.
  • Experience engaging with C-suite executives in mid-market to enterprise organizations.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through cold calling and prospecting.
  • Understanding of sales processes and ability to move accounts through sales stages effectively.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work diligently to achieve goals.
  • Experience creating targeted campaigns and messaging.
  • Ability to negotiate high-value deals with C-level audiences and influence outcomes positively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for problem-solving and a service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work independently with minimal resources.
  • Professional demeanor, poised and composed in all situations.
