We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Technical Trades Instructor to help shape the careers of entry-level employees entering the EV technician workforce. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on training, guiding learners through technical concepts, and ensuring they gain the skills needed to succeed in their new roles. You will work closely with a team of program managers and mentors to provide a comprehensive and engaging learning experience, tailored to the needs of new employees in the technical field. Responsibilities Develop strong relationships with partnering colleges for the Rivian Technical Trades program. Plan community outreach events to enhance recruiting opportunities. Assist with content development surrounding Service Programming for curriculum. Assist with soft skills, empathy, de-escalation tactics, and customer service training for Scout students.
