What to Expect

Job Responsibilities:

• Investigate potential credit card fraud cases based on alerts from the fraud detection system
• Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing scripted responses to clients
• Assist with the completion of lost stolen reports and manage credit card replacement orders
• Build foundational knowledge of fraudulent activity through training and research
• Maintain accurate documentation of investigations and customer interactions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience within the last 2 years
• Availability to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends
• Ability to work on camera during designated hours
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to established procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience in a fraud-related field
