Schedule: Mon to Sat Shift Option 1: 10a - 7p, Shift Option 2: 11a - 8p (Training: 9a - 5p)
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with strong knowledge of healthcare and pharmacy benefits. In this role, you will support members and pharmacies by resolving inquiries related to prescription pricing, insurance verification, and discount card usage (e.g., SingleCare). This is a remote opportunity with potential for conversion to a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
Address member concerns regarding SingleCare and other discount card programs.
Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Assist members with prescription pricing and insurance benefit questions.
Educate members on discount card benefits and home delivery options.
Provide physical discount cards and support online pharmacy navigation.
Verify insurance benefits and locate participating pharmacy providers.
Transfer calls to appropriate departments (e.g., dental, medical benefits).
Opt members out of promotional communications upon request.
Assist pharmacies with claim submission issues and troubleshooting.
Provide prescription benefit details to both members and pharmacy staff.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
