Adecco is helping their client in Everett, WA find their next temp to hire Customer Service Rep.
As a customer service rep, you will provide prompt, courteous and professional customer support to our client's customers and distributors by actively listening to their concerns and helping find the correct solution.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers and distributors via phone, e-mail and online channels.
Ability to understand customer concerns, troubleshoot and effectively resolve issues by phone and/or email.
Strong verbal and writing skills to appropriately communicate with both internal and external customers across all levels of the organization.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer problems.
Maintain detailed client and customer records and interactions
Ability to navigate quickly using multiple customer databases and Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and Teams.
Provide follow up with customers to obtain additional information and/or provide updates
Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision using established policies, order processing guidelines, set procedures and verbal instructions.

Strong focus and attention to detail to perform tasks and daily customer follow-up with customers.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly within the team does the resolve issues and support team goals.
Excellent time management and able to work in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple priorities with detail and accuracy.
Able to empathize and support customers during difficult situations by maintaining an optimistic and friendly demeanor
Ability to look past the surface problems and identify the deep root cause of issues by gathering and analyzing information and proposing corrective actions to resolve issues
Ability to multitask and stay on task in an environment with multiple completing deadlines.
A background in customer service with a passion for helping others.
Ability to lift up to 20lbs regularly and 50lbs on occasion.
Sit, stand, walk in a production environment and the ability perform duties at a variety of workstations.
Requirements
3+ years customer service
High School Diploma= candidates must have a history of excellent attendance
Details
Monday through Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Pay range - $23-24 based on experience
Option to work every other week remote after 2-3 months training
Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
