The Opportunity

As part of the FP&A Operations team you will assist clients in enhancing their financial planning and analysis functions to drive business insights and fulfill corporate objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations, making sure that quality and integrity remain at the forefront of our operations. This role offers the chance to mentor the upcoming generation of leaders while fostering an environment where innovative solutions thrive.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred
  • Experience leading planning processes and budget forecasting
  • Demonstrating thought leadership in financial system implementations
  • Integrating operational data into planning processes
  • Designing enterprise reporting strategies and analytics
  • Comprehending market-leading digital technologies for FP&A
  • Leading teams to drive project outcomes and deliverables
  • Identifying and addressing client needs effectively
  • Demonstrating skills in project management tools and capabilities
  • Understanding of market leading digital technologies and the impact / use for FP&A including analytical tools, AI, data warehousing, ERPs / general ledger, and EPM
  • Experience leading or implementing market leading FP&A technologies including, but not limited to Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS / PBCS), OneStream, Anaplan, Tagetik, etc.
  • Coding experience and/or Python skills
  • Understanding of Agentic AI work

The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $410,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
