Providence Staffing's client, a well-established personal injury law firm in Columbus, GA, is seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. This role is critical in creating a welcoming environment and providing administrative support to attorneys and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk Management
• Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a neat, organized reception area.
• Client Service & Communication
• Provide basic information to clients regarding appointments, procedures, or general firm inquiries.
• Schedule client meetings and maintain attorney calendars.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
• Administrative Support
• Assist attorneys and paralegals with filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
• Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Support the office with other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience (law firm or professional services setting preferred).
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with legal terminology and case management software a plus.
