We have an immediate need for a Project Architect in the Columbus, GA area.Job Description:Project team lead in preparation on documentsLead the coordination with outside consultants/team membersSpecification writing - Review drawings and other project information to write and edit project specifications.Carries out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures.Coordinates with Director and Department Head on appropriate technical solutions and product strategiesIndependently applies advanced architectural concepts and designsCan be relied upon to present directly to the client on technical and design solutions.Oversee a medium staff of architects and technicians and provide technical guidance to less experienced architects.Prepare project documents, including building code research and documentation of requirementsRequired:Architect with 7-10 years’ experience or moreBachelor's Degree from ABA accredited institutionCertification as licensed professional is requiredArchitecture software (Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUP)Ability to independently perform assignmentsComprehension of construction systems and methodsUnderstand the documentation and production of instruments of service and develop, organize, and review building plansPreferred:Project management tools (Word, Excel, Bluebeam)Current/Previous leadership experience of staff and internal project team.Salary dependent upon experiencePlease send resume along with portfolio to: ...@selectek.comWendy 678-###-####
