We are seeking a qualified and customer-focused BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing inbound internet and phone inquiries, confirming vehicle availability, and scheduling dealership appointments. Shifts follow:
Full-time, in-office (40 hours/week)
Shifts rotate weekly based on business needs:
Flexibility required; schedule varies weekly
If scheduled on Saturday, a day off will be given (Tue/Wed/Thu)
No Mondays or Fridays off
Saturday rotation: 2 on / 2 off
Workweek: Saturday Friday
Closed: Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day (open all eves)
