Role Description

We are looking for a Grazeologist with a Marketing Mindset! This unique role blends food artistry with brand growth. Youll craft stunning charcuterie creations AND help us shine in the community through marketing, events, and social media storytelling.

This is an on-site role located in Columbus, GA for a Grazeologist/Marketing Coordinator. The Grazeologist/Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating and managing charcuterie boards and displays, coordinating events, generating sales, and handling customer inquiries. Additional tasks include managing projects, crafting marketing content, and supporting the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Create charcuterie boards, boxes, and cups that are beautiful and consistent with the Graze Craze brand.
• Lead marketing efforts: plan and post on social media, create fun content (photos, videos, reels), and grow engagement.
• Help organize and promote community events, tastings, and brand partnerships.
• Develop creative campaigns for holidays, local happenings, and promotions.
• Provide cheerful customer service and represent Graze Craze with positivity.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok preferred)
• Comfort with content creation (basic photography/video editing skills a plus)
• Marketing, communications, or related experience strongly preferred
• Must be organized, outgoing, and excited to engage with the community
• Food service or retail background is a bonusbut creativity and marketing drive are the priority
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills
• Strong Sales and Customer Service abilities
• Proficiency in Event Planning and Project Management
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Experience in catering is a plus
