Overview

Were partnering with a growing organization in the pharmaceutical industry to recruit a Senior Client Operations Manager. This is a pivotal leadership role reporting into the Head of Customer Success, where youll oversee a team of up to eight Account Managers while managing a select portfolio of key accounts.

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers.
• Build strong client relationships by managing a portfolio of key accounts.
• Drive improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency, and team performance.
• Oversee projects that directly impact accounts and client success.
• Define and track KPIs across people, processes, and technology.
• Support issue resolution and act as an escalation point for clients.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members while embedding best practices.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and evolving customer expectations.

• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong background in account management, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.
