Job Details

To analyze product designs of parts and assemblies to determine the manufacturability of components, assemblies, and tooling and/or provides technical guidance in the solution of manufacturing customer related difficulties or improvements. Develops NC processes and programs to support the manufacture of detail parts of various size and complexity. Conducts methods and systems studies to optimize machining programs and supporting manufacturing processes. Researches, improves and cost justifies manufacturing techniques, processes, and procedures to reduce costs while maintaining schedules and improving the product. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Proficiency in CATIA V 5/ V 6 to model cutting paths and program for 2 to 5 axis machines including mills, lathe's and router's.
