Business Development & Commercial Manager - Europe (Life Sciences / Molecular Diagnostics)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development & Commercial Manager to lead growth efforts across the European market in particular . This role is central to expanding our presence in molecular diagnostics and related healthcare technologies. The ideal candidate will combine business acumen with a deep understanding of the industry to drive revenue, manage partnerships, and support customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Europe, targeting both new and existing client segments.
  
  
• Formulate and execute business and regulatory strategies tailored to European markets.
  
  
• Nurture leads from marketing initiatives and manage relationships with local partners.
  
  
• Monitor market trends and provide timely insights to global leadership.
  
  
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to establish effective operational processes.
  
  
• Drive brand visibility and awareness throughout the region.
  
  
• Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing client needs with timely and effective solutions.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in business development or sales within molecular pathology, IVD, or related life sciences sectors.
  
  
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Pathology, or Clinical Medicine; MBA or PhD is a strong asset.
  
  
• Solid understanding of the European molecular diagnostics landscape; international experience is advantageous.
  
  
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  
  
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and operational execution.
  
  
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of identifying new opportunities rapidly.
  
  
• Familiarity with selling imported healthcare products within Europe.
  
  
• Fluent English is required; proficiency in German is highly desirable.
