About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the executive team. Key responsibilities for the COO at the company include continuous monitoring and reporting on business activity, as well as the development and execution of long-term strategies to implement effective policies, procedures, and best practices that align with the organization's goals. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in financial services, ideally with a masters degree, and a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree and a proven track record in a similar capacity, demonstrating the ability to lead and manage a diverse range of business functions within a financial services environment.
