Own Special Procedures curriculum and provide training throughout our DAT network. Manage Engineering Change (EC), Service Bulletin (SB) or Critical To Quality (CTQ) Controlled Build process identifying opportunities for technical data (TD) changes benefiting overall DAT network. Create Master PFMEA catalog identifying appropriate control measures enabling risk reduction to acceptable levels. Implement process improvements (leverage PFMEA, FPY, etc.) and influence technical data (TD) changes in support of increasing First Pass Yield (FPY) throughout DAT processes. Establish MRO/ OEM Process Councils to drive joint problem-solving & share learnings live for implementation network wide. Feed TD update opportunities to our Industrial Readiness team for incorporation into the Engine Manual (EM). Lead network-wide improvement projects (with DAT support).
