Apply coating to aircraft parts, flying surfaces per tech data and work instructions. This is a 1st Shift position: Monday Thursday 5:00 am 3:30 pm. What You Will Do: Clean and prepare areas for painting. Set up and operate a blast booth or similar equipment. Ensure all quality related items are complete and documented to meet established quality standards. Ensure all phases of painting/coating as specified by work instructions, comply with required self-inspection or peer inspection of critical processes ensuring adherence to quality standards. Monitor and ensure processes meet Safety, Quality and Delivery objectives. Qualifications You Must Have: Technical Skills - Experience with industrial spray-painting equipment (HVLP, airless, electrostatic spray guns). Knowledge of aerospace-grade paints, primers, and protective coatings. Ability to read and follow technical data, manuals, and work routers.
