Job Description
Traveling Concrete Superintendent - National Projects
Are you a hands-on leader who thrives on fast-paced concrete work and is ready to hit the road? A South Florida family-oriented and rapidly growing contractor is seeking a Traveling Concrete Superintendent to oversee crews on projects nationwide.
This company specializes in sidewalks, parking lots, ADA compliance, pavilions, dumpster enclosures, grading, and structural concrete scopes-with projects ranging from $600K to $1M+. Crews are tight-knit, efficient, and loyal, and the company takes pride in treating its team like family (yes, that means dinners covered on the company card, stocked coolers on-site, and flexibility for family time).
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage an internal crew of 4-11, plus subs when needed
- Interpret blueprints and ensure technical accuracy on every project
- Oversee concrete, grading, slopes, and site-related scopes with speed and precision
- Travel nationally (3-4 weeks at a time) with housing and per diem covered
- Be the point person on-site, keeping jobs moving safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For:
- Strong concrete background (blueprint reading required)
- Supervisory experience running crews in the field
- Bilingual a plus
- Flexibility to travel extensively across the U.S. (TX, CO, NY, PA, FL, and more)
- Independent, problem-solving mindset-you can stand on your own two feet
