Corporate Counsel Issuer Solutions Segment. Current Need. Global Payments Inc. (NYSE: GPN), a leading worldwide provider of payment technology services that delivers innovative solutions driven by customer needs, seeks a corporate attorney to join its Issuer Solutions Segment. This attorney will primarily support the technology modernization team within the Issuer Solutions Segment of Global Payments, which is operated via Total System Services LLC (TSYS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Payments. The responsibilities for this role include structuring, drafting and negotiating issuer processing services agreements, amendments, statements of work and related contract documents required to support the rollout of modernized cloud-based products and services by the TSYS Issuer Solutions Segment to its clients, as well as advising, counseling and supporting the TSYS Issuer Solutions Segments internal business teams.
