Researching and conducting outbound calls to medical providers Reviewing assignments to determine additional case objectives and client expectations. Communicating with clients and managers regarding assignments. Preparing detailed and accurate investigation reports and submitting findings promptly. Identifying any red flags or inconsistencies and making solid recommendations for further investigation. Balancing and tracking caseloads and inputting case-related time. Completing continual training related to HIPAA, permissible purpose, insurance investigations, and internal policies/procedures. Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to legal/ethical guidelines.
